Delivery and Shipping ( United Kingdom only )
All orders placed over the value of £50 will be shipped to you for FREE by our courier to anywhere within the United Kingdom. Most orders leave us with 48hrs of the order being placed on a weekday , and within 72hrs with any orders placed over a weekend.
For all orders with a value under £50 a £4.95 delivery charge will be added to the order.
Any orders placed on a weekend , will be processed on Monday unless this is a bank holiday.
Adverse weather conditions may limit the services being provided, and the The Oche Shop can’t be held responsible for delays caused by external companies
Returns
At the The Oche Shop we understand that sometimes minds change, the product bought may not live up to your expectation , or as simple as the dart just doesn’t feel right in the hand and you now believe there is no way that BIG FISH checkout is possible with it !! And shopping with us online hasn’t given you the chance to work this out before ordering ….
Don’t worry, if you shop with you have 30 days to change your mind and return to us. There are some do’s and dont’s to ensure we can accept the return and either exchange or offer a full refund to you.
We want you to
- Cut the tape if required to remove the product from the packaging to be able to look, hold as you would in a shop, placing the item down only on a clean surface
- For clothing, neatly remove from packaging , leaving all tags on to try on
- For darts, get those new spears out that box, without damaging the packaging. Grip, hold access the weight and vitalise that first 180 thrown
- Dartboards, surrounds and scoring systems- Same principle neatly remove from packaging for inspection only
We don’t want you too
- To tear any packaging the item arrived in
- To Assemble , install or throw the product including unfolding flights
- Removing the tags off clothing or wearing it out in the elements out and about, down the pub , next league match
If we deem a product to have been used and is not suitable to resell as new the item will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange offered. The cost to return product or products back to us payable by yourself the customer, and we would highly suggested to have the return tracked.
Your consumer rights, as covered by the Consumer right act 2015 are not affected. Any products that arrive damaged or faulty please email us at contactus@theocheshop.com
